In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Oswego County Opportunities Cancer Services Program of the North County has partnered with health providers throughout Oswego County to raise awareness of breast cancer and encourage community members to receive the cancer screenings they need.

CNY Community Arts Center announces raffle winners from the recent spaghetti dinner fundraiser held at the Elks Lodge on October 14. The event was held to raise funds for conversion of the former Herron’s Fabric Store to Fulton’s first Community Arts Center.
